Gathering In Millenium Fast Food & Restaurant

One interviewed a Chef on making wonderful & tasty dishes! How did the Chef did it? What's the stories behind? What's the recipe in behind?

"SWEET" The taste that everyone enjoy. In real life, what every one pursue is the sweetness! Sweet = Joy. The feels that everyone always want in everything in their life. And that's why we always define those happy things as sweet! [Sweet memories, Sweet Times, how Sweet of you, Sweet moves and etc.]

And we're not experiencing just only Sweet in our life because there are times when we experiencing...

"Spicy"

Spicy, the taste of hot. The taste that sometimes burn our tongue or lip, the taste that makes us hot & sweat. Lets define "Spicy" is experiencing challenges & obstacles in life. When there is challenges or obstacles us, there is always question mark in us! Either we go through it, how do we go through it or we just give up just like eating "Hot & Spicy's foods". There are times that people is hesitating to try it or not, whether people can endure its hotness or not, if there is no courage in trying it, we'll just give up!

When there is a will, there is way too! Even eating too HOT's foods, we can drink water to cool it down. =D

When there is good, there is bad too. When there's happy, there's sad too. Happy = Sweet. What's the taste of sad in life? It's the taste that can stun us, the taste that make us awake when we're sleepy and it's ...

"SOUR"

Sour, the taste that we have deep impression in. The taste that not everyone likes when it's very Sour. In real life, what's the emotion or experiences that everyone don't want to have? It'll make us heartache when we have this taste in life. It's the sorrow emotions that make people disappoint, sad, distress and etc.

In life, sour is the recipe that make us grow. Because from disappoint, sad, distress we learn and find hopes/ ways to seek happiness.

And there is taste of "BITTER" too. The taste that mostly find it HARD to swallow. In life, we'll get to feel a lot from the taste "bitter" because there are tons of challenges waiting for us and obstacles to be overcome. [Bitter = Hardship] One may suffer a lot of hardship in achieving something because good things come with patience and efforts. From bitter we found sweet! That's why there is quote in Chinese stated [先苦后甜] In Malay, there is [Biar susah "Bitter" dahulu dan senang "Sweet" kemudian]

Then we need "SALT" to cook every dishes. While frying keow tiaw, we'll put salt in it.

When we cook vegetables, we put SALT into it also.

Don't know what its name in English. In malay, it's known as [TongSeng Kambing]

While we're cooking meat's dishes, we add in SALT too... It's one of the taste that can't be left out. Because when we don't put salt into it, the dishes may taste "tasteless".

When the powers combine, I'm Captain Planet! The power of earth, fire, wind, water and heart combine, there comes Captain Planet in saving the world.

Then when Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Spicy and Salty combine, it gives us "DELICIOUS" foods! :)

Same thing when comes into Life. All those flavors make life "ATTRACTIVE". And going through with families, relatives and friends make what we are now!!!

Sweet = the happy times that I had with you all!

Bitter = the hard times that we struggled through together!

Sour = the sad times that we experiencing!

Spicy = the challenging & exciting times that we gone through!

Salty = the flavor adds in to make the recipe done! Hahaha. -__-"

Because of these, GOOD things do appear on us! Let the pictures describe the GOOD in meeting up the friends that we'd known for more than 10years!

There Is Half-Free Meal In These World

Economic Crisis nowadays. Those got strong foundation in behind may still hold against the big waves hitting. And to those that may not yet have the stable foundation, they are forced to cut cost on their production to cover up their expenses that lots of people were ask to leave from the companies, factories, offices, shops and etc. Unfortunately to those that can't make it, they have to shut down their factories or companies. The prices of raw materials are growing up high that had made the products produced from it also got expensive. The price of oil increases that automatically also increases the cost of shipping.

Last time I can get a bowl of Kolomee in Miri with just RM1.80 and now it'd increased to RM2.30/bowl due to inflation in flour & oil. Not only happened in Malaysia, but also to Brunei too! Still remember that last time we can get a pack of rice with choice of one meat and one vegetable that only cost us B$1.00 and now the price also increased that we're paying extra B$1.00 or B$0.50! And I did paid B$4.00 for one pack of rice in Sumbangsih. Just like eating in restaurant already. That must be I chosed varieties of dishes! Ah-Yong, no comment from him! Tam Chiak. Haha~ And then last time, when we're taking away [Tapao] Kolomee. The restaurant would use white plastic container and now somes had use plastic and newspaper wrapping around it. It's told that it can save up the expenses.

In Brunei, things aren't as bad as other. We don't suffer that much compare to other countries that thousands had lost their jobs, big companies, factories is closing down and etc. With just B$1.00, we still can get a packet of Nasi Katok that still can satisfy our hunger. Hahaha! But things are not the same as before that people spend their money wisely, which should be spend and which should not be spend. People don't spend money like the running water from the opened water-tap! People buys things that are cheap or in a bargained price. People saving more money each months!

There is no free meal in these world that we have to pay when we want to eat. We have to buy rice, cooking oil, vegetables, raw meats to be cook. When we go restaurant, we have to pay too. And when we go out for hanging out with friends. We may just only order drink so we don't spend more... When we don't spend more, we can save more... =D

It's because its half-free meal!!! I'm visiting there for the second time again. A realistic & cheapskate author we got here. Hahaha! One of the thing we pursue in our life is Worth! Is it worth that we do these? Is it worth buying these and that? Is he/she worth for you doing everything? When its worth everything, we'll do it whatever it takes... Even though it's half-free meal, the cook also didn't give half discount in the quantity of the ingredients too. Which it's very worth even though I'm identify as "Cheapskate" or "Realistic"! haha.

But for the least I'm not selfish here... Not keeping these for myself. I'm sharing it with mr.Joshua and here with you all! haha...

No more hesitating there, let's bring families, relatives, friends go and enjoy those tasty foods... Let's be "Cheapskate" once in a while. Especially during the economic depression!!! Hahaha.

Yeah! Valentine day is around the corner now! It's on the 14th February! Gossh, middle of the month again. A lot to spend on valentine... No worries also because there is half-free meals we can get in Brunei!!! Wishing everyone have a nice valentine's day...

Another Day To Begin...

Different days but the same shits happen!!! One wakes up in the morning and preparing either for schools or works. For those who's schooling; everyday traveling on the same road, looking at the same books and etc. After school, going back home doing home works, assignments, reports and etc. Same thing goes to those that work, everyday traveling and queuing on the same road to work. Those that work in office sit the same place doing the same paper works things everyday. Those works that involve skills which one may using the same tools everyday, looking at the computers all day long and repeating the routine again and again. The things different may be the day.

It may sounds Blue for the paragraph above. Seems like there isn't any entertainment, happiness or aim in life. Even though everyday doing the same things, it can be fun too. Just that have you found your own entertainment or aim? Even everyday doing the same thing will be fun too if there is one or two. School is fun when there are friends around and we'll just continue doing the same thing till we graduate when we got the aim to success... Life is about finding its own everything!

We don't wait for things to happen. We'll go for it. We are the one that make things happen! There are so many things to do out there that cheer up our day! Some may like to try their favorite foods or drinks that cheer them up. <- That's ME, ah-yong! Some may like to meet their soulmate that they find happiness in it. Some may be cheerful when the people around them are happy. Big varieties of examples can be describe. What are yours? The things that make your day UP! Feel happy to share it in happy-stop! You're not only bringing joy to yourseld but to the people that read it too!

And me myself, one of the things that I enjoy it to the max!!! What could it be?Err!!! No need to think lahh... It's either Foods & Drinks lahh!!!what else could it be? Hahaha!
