A Small Warm-Ups That Does The Work

Stretch out your arms widely... Make a distance in between you and the person beside you... Okay, let's start from the hand... 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10! Good, then twist your right ankle and then left ankle. Look left and right and ready for the next step. <--- What could it be? Having the first lesson in driving class?

Start from the hand that involves holding the steering and the gear, twisting the right and left ankle that loosen up the muscles? Look right and left before start accelerating? Haha. Should be looking front and back before start accelerates. No, then what could it be if it's not about learning driving?

It's the [Warm-Ups Exercise] we had it started from our primary education levels in the Physical Education's lesson till now we still do our [Warm-Ups Exercise] before doing anything sporty or etc. Why warm-ups before involving our self in technical sports? Warm-ups exercise prevent us from having muscle's cramp. It'll get the temperature in our body increase that makes the adrenaline starts pumping. When it does, the oxygen in our blood start to travel in a greater speed that allows joints to move effectively which increases the force and speeds of contraction. Which also means that we can move like commando or rambo. Haha! Go Go Go!!! Fire in the hole~

Other than having the practice of warming up in sport, we also having it everyday in our real life. First, let's start from an example that everyone does in the morning. Before we start going to works or schools, it'll be good that we first start our car and warm-up the engine. When it get hot, the fuels in the fuel pump or engine will start to pumps just like the adrenaline in our body that makes the speed of accelerating increases efficiently.

Makes a little bit further into our social life. The first time when we starts to make friends or getting to know each others in the class or just anywhere. It seems that everything look unfamiliar and stranger to us that we sit down quietly, seeing what others did. Then we have to do the warm-ups in introducing ourselves to each other, having a small chat to understand each other more.After some time, when the heat is up. We'd become close friends now and making all the noises around talking, laughing, joking, shouting, playing, gossiping and etc. Warm-ups sure is part of the things that we couldn't miss in our life.

This coming Sunday on the 14th December 2008, I'll be joining a food marathon-2 event that be enjoying the time from the morning eating till afternoon. Haha~ Before we have the event starts, let's warm our self up with the mini food marathon I had on the 22nd November 2008!

And before we have our meals, we always prefer that the dishes are serve in HOT!!! So have you turn the heat up? =)
A small gas cooker! Hmmph, there is no other thing than having ...

STEAMBOAT again in Happy-Stop! Hahaha. At least something different now, it's not Buffet this time. It's a steamboat that depends on how many quantity we want to order that counted as serving per person. Had it in MayFang Restaurant and the price is $10.oo per head serving.

It's located in the old Liang Toon Shop around the Tungku Link Highway. It may be resides far from the commercial zone and there aren't much shop houses there. But...

It still "People Mountain, People Sea" [人山人海] People still drive there to have their lunch while during the working hours. Then during the night time, there are people bringing their families to have their dinner there. Seems that it's a popular restaurant among the Chinese. Because of they serve non-halal cuisines? Haha. Nope~ Let's see how their steamboat looks like and how it attracts people. =)

That's the ingredients that perpared. Not much "WanTan" though. Haha.

When I look at these, I had the idea of doing these...

Hahahaha! Chicken Egg Superman. [鸡蛋超人] I'm warming up to be Ultraman, I'm saving the BEST for the LAST! =P

Normally we have chicken or tomyam soup base for steamboat, but in MayFang. We can have it in our own CHINESE's style that got the "Bau Cina" haha. :) and which is ...

Chinese Medicine's Taste Soup Base. Wooo! Healthy nii, And It make the body HOT also... Hahaha.

Andy: "Hmmph, when can the soup be cook huhh? Can't wait to have a try on it already!" Haha. Andy is boiling...

So is the soup too. Hahaha! =P

And to Joooooosssshhuuuuuuaaaaa tooo! I'm typing very slow gang, that's what your shirt says! hahaha. We had 2 heads serving that night, eventhough it's not enough for the four of US! But...

We still love STEAMBOAT for all time.

When the tummy still growling for more, we travelled to another place which is quite far that is in Jln. Tutong! What made us travelled that far?

Just for the CUCUR? Errr...

KEBOYS is not all about CUCUR... They do serve...

Nyyyyyaaaaammmmmmaaaaannnnn... Thumb-Up from Hhhhhwwwwwaaaaaa! hahaha. Wear that t-shirt again lah.

Had a nice 2nd round in KEBOYS that get to try lots of nice foods. Everything were served in HOT& FRESH that got us warmed-up! haha. Right after my engine was heated-up!!!

It's time to start the invasion/ attack of Ultraman Yong! Wakakaka...

Flying up high with my comrade... Yoo, still on land man. =P

Teamed up with Spiderman for the attack... POOR Spiderman. Hahaha~
